Justin Davis

Justin Davis has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Marketing and Relationship Manager at HomeAdvisor, where they directed online advertising efforts and implemented customer development campaigns. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Business Plan Initiative Consultant and a Management and Financial Analyst at the National Park Service, where they analyzed programs and operations to drive cost-effective park operations.

In 2005, Davis joined Keating Investments, LLC as the Director of After Market Support, where they established and grew the investor relations division, creating significant liquidity events for the company. Justin then founded and served as President of Cirrus Financial Communications from 2008 to 2010, creating marketing platforms and managing investor communications for emerging growth public companies.

From 2010 to 2014, Davis founded and served as President of Davis Communications, LLC and launched a sports business development and private equity platform. Justin also worked as an outsourced startup executive, helping launch a niche marketing and new media agency.

In 2014, Davis joined First Capital Ventures, LLC as the SVP of Marketing & Communications, where they directed all corporate and client marketing communications and served as a dedicated utility infielder in accelerating tech clients to commercial success.

In 2017, they became the VP of Corporate Development at Gamma2 Robotics, responsible for channel partner and enterprise business development, capital markets engagement, and marketing and communications.

From 2018 to 2021, Davis served as a Partner at PennSpring Capital, an investment firm focused on lower middle market opportunities, where they unlocked liquidity, empowered growth, and elevated executive careers.

Currently, Davis is the VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at SOBRsafe, a company that has developed a proprietary alcohol detection and identity verification system.

Justin Davis completed their education at three different institutions. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Vanderbilt University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to these higher education experiences, Justin Davis also attended Kent Denver School, although specific dates and degrees are not provided.
