Kassie Wood

Kassie Wood is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Billing Coordinator for Behavioral Health Clinical Operations at Access TeleCare since September 2023. Kassie has an extensive background in healthcare administration, having held various roles at Northwest Texas Healthcare System from April 2002 to October 2023, including Executive Assistant, Coordinator of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Manager of the ER & Pavilion Business Office, and Medicare Financial Counselor. Prior to this, Kassie worked as a Senior Office Manager at Delta Refrigeration and Allen's Tri-State Mechanical, and began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative at Amarillo Community Federal Credit Union. Kassie is currently pursuing education at Wayland Baptist University since 2015.
