Sandeep Bidari

Sandeep Bidari has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Sandeep currently serves as the President of Behavioral Health at Access TeleCare since December 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked as an Operating Executive at Thomas H Lee Partners.

Before that, Bidari worked at The Boston Consulting Group for several years. Sandeep held the role of Partner from July 2016 to February 2019 and specialized in healthcare services, with expertise in growth strategy, digital health, and advanced analytics. Sandeep also led the population health topic for BCG globally.

From 2014 to 2016, Bidari worked at Anthem, Inc. as the Staff Vice President of Corporate Strategy. In this role, they led the Corporate Strategy team and was responsible for areas such as digital health, product strategy, innovation, and growth strategies.

Prior to their time at Anthem, Bidari worked at The Boston Consulting Group again, starting as a Consultant in 2004 and eventually becoming a Principal. Sandeep specialized in healthcare services, focusing on growth strategy and organizational design.

Bidari also gained experience in other industries, briefly working as a Buyer at Target in 2008 and serving as an Admissions Team Associate at Teach For America. Sandeep started their career as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Banc of America Securities in 2003.

Sandeep Bidari holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, spanning from 2000 to 2004. Sandeep completed their prior education at Hawken School from 1996 to 2000.
