Christine Essel

Christine Essel is currently serving as the President of Southern California Grantmakers since February 2013. Before that, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency from May 2010 to January 2013. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Government and Community Affairs, Planning and Development at Paramount Pictures from February 1978 to December 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in 1979.
