Tuly Martinez has a strong background in grantmaking and public relations. With experience from various organizations such as Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Peninsula Community Foundation, and American Red Cross, Tuly has honed skills in overseeing funds, coordinating meetings, and assisting with media relations. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from California State University - East Bay, Tuly's expertise in philanthropy and communication is highly valued at Southern California Grantmakers where they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President, Programs and Partnerships.
