Justin Bisaillon

Justin Bisaillon has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at True North Records, starting as a Manager of Accounting and later becoming a Manager of Finance & Administration. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Director of Finance & Operations.

In 2013, Justin joined Anthem Entertainment Group, where they initially worked as a Project Manager and subsequently became the Manager of Rights Management. Later on, they served as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the development and enhancements of Anthem's proprietary rights management software, Conductor. Justin also held the position of Senior Manager of Product Development, where they directed the strategic direction of multiple systems used for administration and finance.

Currently, Justin is employed at SOCAN, where they serve as a Product Development Manager. Justin is responsible for leading a department of Project Managers and Agile practitioners, managing and delivering complex programs and projects. Justin also plays a crucial role in SOCAN's Agile transformation by promoting the adoption of Agile mindset and methodologies.

Justin Bisaillon attended Western University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Music Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Justin obtained the following: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in April 2023, Certified Scrum Professional-Product Owner (CSP-PO) from Scrum Alliance in July 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in January 2022, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2018.
