Jessica De Carlo, MIRHR, CHRP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Bilingual HR People and Change Business Partner at SOCAN since April 2021, with previous experience as a Bilingual Human Resources People Coordinator. Prior to SOCAN, Jessica held roles at OSL Retail Services as a Human Resources Coordinator and Administrator, where responsibilities included managing employee complaints, coordinating COVID-19 contact tracing, and enhancing the employee experience. Jessica's diverse background includes leadership roles such as President of the Leadership and Organizational Management Students Association and HR internships at Parmalat Canada and Weston Bakeries.
