Nicole Lasasso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management, client services, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Content Manager at SOCAP Global since May 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Head of Success Ecuador at Betterfly, where responsibilities included designing client success processes and organizing social impact events.
