Kevin Kim

Kevin (SangWoo) Kim has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Kevin (SangWoo) started their career as a Research Personnel at Pantech from January 2010 to March 2013. Kevin (SangWoo) then moved on to VCNC, where they worked as a Value Developer from March 2013 to June 2018. During their time at VCNC, they also held the role of Head of Data Group, leading data operations and achieving a 30% growth in fleet efficiency. From June 2018 to November 2021, they continued as the Head of Data Group at VCNC. In January 2015, they became a Committer & PPMC at The Apache Software Foundation. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Biz Div. at SOCAR.

Kevin (SangWoo) Kim holds a Master of Science degree in Wireless Communication from Seoul National University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering at the same university from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kevin also obtained certifications in Machine Learning, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization from Coursera between 2016 and 2018.
