Ruslan Lavrynenko

Ruslan Lavrynenko has a diverse work experience that includes roles in loyalty management, analysis, and project management. Ruslan is currently working as the Head of Loyalty at SOCAR Energy Ukraine since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as a CRM & Loyalty Analyst at Shell from August 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Shell, Ruslan worked as a VIP Client Manager at Lucky Labs from February 2016 to July 2019. Ruslan also has experience as an Analyst at Verdict Collection Agency from December 2012 to March 2014 and as a Project Manager at EOS Ukraine from March 2012 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, Ruslan held the position of Group Leader at CCG - Credit Collection Group from December 2009 to March 2012.

Ruslan Lavrynenko obtained a Master's degree in Banking from КНЕУ (Kyiv National Economic University) from 2007 to 2012.
