Gia Wei Lim

Gia Wei Lim has worked in various finance roles throughout their career. They started at Loi & Co as an Audit Assistant trainee in 2011, followed by a position as an Audit Assistant at obm consultancy services sdn bhd from 2012 to 2013. Gia Wei then joined Samadhi Retreats in 2013 as an Account Executive, handling full sets of accounts and assisting in consolidated accounts for both Malaysian and Singaporean companies. They also gained exposure to the hospitality and food and beverage industries. From 2017 to 2020, Gia Wei worked at Samadhi Retreats as an Assistant Finance Manager, responsible for financial reporting and analysis, as well as being involved in group consolidated reporting. They also held the role of Group Internal Audit Assistant Manager during this time, where they conducted audits, identified potential risks, and provided recommendations for management. Currently, Gia Wei is employed at SOCAR Mobility Asia as a Finance Business Partner, and recently transitioned to the role of Assistant Financial Controller.

Gia Wei Lim attended Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
