Mohan Raj has a diverse work experience in customer service and team leadership roles. Mohan started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Lazada Group in 2013. From there, they worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd in 2014. In 2015, they joined GEMFIVE as a Customer Service Representative. Mohan then served as a Customer Service Team Leader at Chilindo.com from 2017 to 2019. At foodpanda, they took on the role of (APAC) BPO Country Operation Team Lead, where they managed a team, conducted performance monitoring, and coordinated with the BPO Team. Currently, they are working as a Team Manager (Acting) at EQUILOGICS.

Mohan Raj attended KDU University College from 2011 to 2013, studying Information Technology. After a gap, Mohan Raj enrolled at Asia e University in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management.
