Farrukh Gasi̇mov

Farruh Gasimov graduated from Baku State University Faculty of Law and completed his doctorate at Moscow Public and Law Institute.

Between 1985-1991, he worked as a lecturer and associate professor at Baku University of Public Administration and Political Sciences. Gasimov has been the Deputy Head of SOCAR Legal Department since 2006 and SOCAR Turkey Enerji A.Ş. He is serving as a Member of the Board of Directors. From 2009 to 2020 Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş. Member of the Board of Directors, from 2012 to 2020 STAR Rafineri A.Ş. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors. Gasimov's responsibilities include; SOCAR Turkey Energy A.Ş. He is also the Chairman of the Early Detection of Risks Committee and a Member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee under the Board of Directors.
