Onur Can Kartoglu

Onur Can Kartoglu serves as the Investments & Business Development Director for SOCAR Türkiye's Refining & Petrochemical Business Unit since November 2019, overseeing a team of 21 colleagues responsible for managing and prioritizing investment requests. Prior to this, Onur held the position of Production Planning Manager at PETKIM Petrokimya Holding A.S. from December 2013 to November 2019, where expertise was applied in production and material planning, contributing to refinery and petrochemical integration. Previous roles include System and Process Development Specialist at PETKIM and Systems Engineer at FUGA, as well as Site Supervisor at ifm with experience in high voltage transmission line projects. Onur began a career in quality systems at KSB Company, and academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi and a forthcoming Certificate in Finance from London Business School, expected in May 2026.
