Orkhan Seyidov

Orkhan Seyidov is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in instrumentation and control systems within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Major Projects Manager and previously as Projects Instrumentation Manager at SOCAR Türkiye since November 2019, Orkhan has a robust background that includes positions at SOCAR Turkey Aegean Refinery, where responsibilities encompassed Instrumentation and Control Systems Manager and Engineer roles from December 2011 to November 2019. Prior experience includes impactful contributions at BP, where Orkhan worked as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer on critical projects such as the Azeri Offshore Platforms and the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline. Additionally, Orkhan holds multiple engineering degrees and has recently completed a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
