Samad Safarov

Samad Safarov is an accomplished executive currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at BOS Enerji since January 2024, while also holding the position of CEO Office and Coordination Group Director at SOCAR Türkiye since February 2019. In this role, Samad performs as Chief of Staff to the CEO and oversees the CEO Office & Coordination team, managing corporate governance tasks and facilitating CEO communications. Previously, Samad led digital transformation initiatives as the Digital Transformation Group Manager, focusing on asset management and efficiency improvements. Samad’s career includes experience as a Consulting Manager at PwC UK, where expertise in IT transformation was demonstrated, and as a Transformation Project Manager at BT, overseeing significant operational changes. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in International Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from MIREA.
