Ed Maggio

Ed Maggio currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SOCi, Inc. since May 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas at Sitecore, and Senior Counsel at CyberArk. With an extensive legal career that began at American Tower, where Ed held various senior attorney positions, Ed has demonstrated expertise in contract and land management. Ed holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies from Dickinson College.
