Matthew McCartney

Matthew McCartney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic solutions within the marketing and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Solutions Advisor at SOCi, Inc. since December 2021, Matthew has previously held positions including Manager of Enterprise Customer Success and Team Lead of Customer Success. Prior to SOCi, Matthew worked at Kochava from May 2020 to December 2021 as a Sr. Enterprise Client Success Manager, contributing to mobile measurement solutions for marketers. Matthew also co-founded OPTL, where innovative growth marketing strategies were developed, and led account management efforts at DMS Marketing, an integrated digital agency. Matthew began a marketing project management career at Feld Entertainment, focusing on major live entertainment brands. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2011.
