Mike Lee possesses extensive experience in social compliance auditing, quality management systems, and training within various industries. Currently serving as Scheme Manager for CSR Solutions Limited since November 2011, Mike oversees quality control and safeguards impartiality in social compliance programs. As China Director at JUST SOLUTIONS NETWORK LIMITED, leadership is provided in social dialogue training and business development. Mike has also contributed as a Lead Trainer for the SA8000 Auditor Courses with Social Accountability International and as CEO & Founder of Shenzhen Linking Network Limited, focusing on capacity building projects. Previous roles include ACCREDITATION Auditor with Social Accountability Accreditation Services, quality management lead auditor with SQA Services, and lead auditor with TÜV Rheinland. Mike's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Applied Chemistry from Wuhan University and a Master's in Water Purification Engineering from Northeast Electric Power University.
