Rakesh Rajiv

Rakesh Rajiv currently serves as the Program Head for Incubation and Innovation at Social Alpha since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rakesh held various positions at the Society for Innovation & Entrepreneurship - SINE IIT Bombay from August 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President of Partnerships & Impact, Senior Incubation Manager, and Incubation Manager, where responsibilities included identifying, screening, and mentoring early-stage startups. Rakesh also worked at Uniqleads Research from October 2014 to July 2015 as a Business Analyst and Team Lead, leading a team of market researchers. Previous experience includes roles at Otago Innovation Limited, Auckland UniServices Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, and the National Centre for Biological Sciences. Rakesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Bioscience Enterprise from The University of Auckland, an MBA in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
