Alistair Watson

Alistair Watson is a seasoned private equity professional currently serving as Partner and Deputy Head of Private Equity at Patria Investments since April 2024. Previously, Alistair held multiple roles at abrdn from April 2014 to April 2024, including Deputy Head of Private Equity and Senior Investment Director. Alistair is also a Committee Member for the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee at Social and Sustainable Capital since July 2022. Earlier career experiences include positions at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, as well as an associate role at Linklaters. Alistair Watson earned an MA Honours degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford between 1998 and 2002.
