Deb Cartwright

Deb Cartwright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the domestic abuse sector. Currently serving as the Domestic Homicide Independent Review Chair and Author at Aletheia Reviews, Deb also contributes as an Investment Committee Panel Member at Social and Sustainable Capital and holds a Fellowship with The RSA. With a robust background in training, Deb works as an Associate Trainer for both Research in Practice and SafeLives, where significant contributions include the development of Level 4 Service Managers training aimed at enhancing governance and leadership in domestic abuse services. Deb's leadership experience as CEO of Oasis Domestic Abuse Service from 2007 to 2023 saw the organization expand its housing and community support for families in need. Deb Cartwright holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School and a BA in English from the University of Greenwich.
