Nada Alflaij

Nada Alflaij currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Capital at Social Development Bank (SDB) since September 2018, where leadership in Human Capital Transformation represents a significant achievement in the government sector. In the role of Director of Organizational Development and Workforce Planning, Nada oversees various functions within this domain. Additionally, participation as a NRC Committee Member at a confidential organization began in August 2022. Prior to these roles, Nada gained extensive experience at Bank Albilad from August 2010 to August 2018, serving in positions such as Assistant Manager of Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Head of Ladies Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Ladies Officer, as well as working as a Human Resources Specialist and Researcher at Riyad Bank from January 2007 to July 2010. Nada holds an MBA from King Saud University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, obtained in 2006.
