Ryan-James De Smedt, MSoc, began their education at Brussels American School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1999 to 2003. Ryan-James then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Sociology at James Madison University from 2003 to 2007. Following this, Ryan-James continued their studies at Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2008 to 2009, earning a Master of Arts degree in Critical & Creative Analysis.
