Ayush Mansingh

Ayush Mansingh is currently the Associate Director at Social Finance. Prior to this, they were an MBA Summer Associate at Unitus Capital, where they conducted due diligence and evaluated business models to assist three social enterprises in the financial inclusion space seeking to raise equity. Ayush also benchmarked key financial metrics and performed market research to produce an overview of the financial inclusion landscape in India, identifying key investors and potential clients in the space.

Previously, Ayush Mansingh was a Strategy Consultant for the Impact Investors Council (IIC) - CASE i3 Impact Investing Initiative Consulting Practicum. In this role, they helped create business plans and market entry plans for various organizations.

Before that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant for Sattva Consulting, where they helped create a business plan and market entry plan for a portable solar power product, aimed at powering rural schools & educational institutes.

Ayush Mansingh has also worked in strategy and business operations for Cisco's Digital Products & Cloud Group, and as a Summer Business Analyst in Cisco Systems' Office of Strategy and Planning.

Ayush Mansingh has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, with a concentration in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. Ayush also holds a BSc in Economics & Strategic Management from Babson College, as well as a BS from Singapore Management University where they were an International Exchange Student. Their IB Higher Level courses were in Economics, Mathematics, and Physics, and they attended The International School in Bangalore.

They work with Leah Greenberg - Director, Amanda DuBois - Senior Administrative Assistant, and Antonia Esposito - Director. Their manager is Tracy Palandjian, CEO & Co-Founder.
