Catherine Dun Rappaport serves as Vice President of Impact Investing and Impact Advisory at Social Finance, a national nonprofit focused on financing services for marginalized populations. Previously, Rappaport held the position of Senior Vice President of Learning and Impact Management at BlueHub Capital, a community development financial institution dedicated to building healthy communities. Rappaport’s earlier experience includes roles at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, where strategic enhancements in data usage were implemented, and Abt Associates, where evaluations of federally funded projects serving marginalized youth were directed. Rappaport founded the Connecticut chapter of Read Ahead and holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Amherst College.
