Kyle Doran

Director at Social Finance

Kyle is a Director of Advisory Services at Social Finance, where he works with partner organizations across sectors to explore Pay for Success opportunities.

Prior to Social Finance, Kyle directed program evaluation, policy research, and strategic planning projects for social impact organizations with Freedman Consulting. At Freedman, he led efforts across a variety of issue and functional areas, including workforce development and the labor market, public interest technology, government innovation, and agricultural policy.

Prior to that, Kyle was on the data team for both President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign in Iowa and the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee. Kyle served in the Peace Corps in Armenia, where he taught English as a foreign language, ran extracurricular programming, and helped advance civil society initiatives in the village of Vaghashen. Previously, he did field work for President Obama’s 2008 campaign in Alaska and Ohio.

Kyle earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Government, and Law from Lafayette College.
