Donna Harding has a diverse work experience spanning marketing, human resources, and brand management. Donna currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Social Garden, a role they assumed in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Studio Skin Black Rock starting in July 2020. From October 2021 to December 2022, Donna served as an HR Manager (Account Director) at iD Collective Pty Ltd. Before that, they worked at Elizabeth Bower as a Marketing Specialist, where they managed the retail and wholesale bridal jewelry brand across multiple regions. Donna also has experience as a Marketing Manager at iD Collective Pty Ltd and as a Marketing & Business Manager at WeVillage. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Events, Sponsorship & Advertising Executive at ANZA Singapore and as a Group Corporate Brand Manager and Group Marketing Manager at Fonterra, where they were involved in developing and rolling out global brand identities.
Donna HARDING attended RMIT University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2018, they pursued a Diploma of Interior Design at The Interior Design Institute, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, in 2021, Donna undertook a Social Media Marketing Intensive program at Social Media College to enhance their skills in the field of Social Media.
