Bob Flores

Vice President For Resettlement Services Group at Social Housing Finance Corporation

Bob Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bob started their career as a Student Intern at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in 2010. Bob then joined the Jesuit Volunteer Program in 2012 as a Social Enterprise Development Coordinator, where they coordinated and implemented livelihood programs for inmates and their families. In 2013, Bob became an Enterprise Development Officer at Xavier University, where they developed marketing strategies and implemented livelihood programs for the community. Bob then transitioned to the Xavier Ecoville Project as a Project Manager, leading and managing the overall project implementation. In 2016, Bob founded and owned The Librewry Cafe until 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President for the Settlements Management Group at the Social Housing Finance Corporation, where they managed five departments, conducted community research, and developed collection data visualization strategies. Lastly, Bob served as the Operations Manager in Zamboanga Del Norte from 2018 to 2020.

Bob Flores earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they enrolled in the University of the Philippines, where they are currently pursuing a training program in Paralegal Training.
