Bob Flores

Bob Flores has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bob served as the Vice President for Resettlement Services Group at the Social Housing Finance Corporation, where they managed multiple departments and high-density housing projects. Bob also conducted community research, policy reviews, and developed data visualization strategies. Bob was also responsible for the landmark Intramuros housing project. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager and Division Chief III at the same organization.

Bob also has experience as the Founder/Owner of The Librewry Cafe and as a Project Manager at Xavier Ecoville Project - Xavier University. Bob successfully led and managed project implementations, coordinated with stakeholders, and monitored project progress during their time there. At Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, Bob worked as an Enterprise Development Officer, developing marketing strategies and implementing livelihood programs for sustainable employment of partner beneficiaries.

Before pursuing a career in the social sector, Bob gained experience at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Student Intern. Bob also served as a Social Enterprise Development Coordinator at the Jesuit Volunteer Program, coordinating social enterprise and livelihood program initiatives for inmates and their families.

Bob Flores has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, obtained between 2013 and 2015. Currently, they are engaged in a training program for paralegal training at the University of the Philippines, which started in 2019 and is ongoing.
