Aaron Hurst

Aaron Hurst is a seasoned entrepreneur and nonprofit leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and Executive Chair of Board.Dev, which promotes effective technology representation on nonprofit boards. Additionally, Aaron is an Executive Committee Member at Almabrands, focusing on purpose transformation in Latin America. Previously, Aaron founded Imperative, a B Corp aimed at connecting individuals to their purpose, and led the Taproot Foundation, which Aaron established to facilitate pro bono service, creating a significant market for these services globally. Aaron also held product management roles at iSyndicate and iOwn and holds a BGS degree in Service Learning from the University of Michigan, complemented by a study abroad experience in Czech History and Culture at Charles University.
