Gavin Partridge

Gavin Partridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently a Founding Member of the Professional Impact Network at Social Impact Hub since September 2019, Partridge also co-founded and serves as Head of Value Creation at The Threshold Step and holds the position of Chair of the Board of Management at Hirotec. Additionally, Partridge is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Glascott Group and has been the Chairman of the Board at Ethos Urban since September 2011. As Principal of The Company Whisperer since 2005, Partridge provides strategic growth advice to SME owners and CEOs, focusing on sustainable enterprise value growth in B2B sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Group Managing Director of Marketing Services at The Communications Group from 2003 to 2005. Partridge holds a Master's degree in English from the University of Cambridge, completed from 1974 to 1977.
