Lurnea Simmons is an experienced professional specializing in social impact, sustainability, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Social Impact Fellow at Social Impact Hub since March 2025, Lurnea previously worked at Deloitte Australia as Director of Climate and Sustainability, where significant advancements in ESG strategy and sustainability reporting were made. Lurnea has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Head of Traveller Services at nib Group and Senior Manager at QBE Insurance, where substantial transformations in customer relations and dispute resolution were achieved.
