Gonzalo Duarte is currently the Director of Coworking Design & Operations at the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI), where Gonzalo collaborates with micro-teams to promote the development and growth of individuals in small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to their current role, Gonzalo served as the Executive Director at Compañeros Inc for 7 years, engaging participants in community projects and working with various stakeholders. Gonzalo also has experience as the Coordinator of Future Quest Program at Queen's University, where Gonzalo facilitated academic discovery workshops and recruited student mentors. With a Master of Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Education from Queen's University, Gonzalo demonstrates a strong commitment to social impact and experiential learning.
