Bygid Rahman

Bygid Rahman has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Head of Services at Social Interest Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Service Lead at Nacro from October 2022 to March 2023 and as a Service Manager at Hestia Charity from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before that, Bygid held various roles at Penrose from 2015 to 2021, including Custodial Cluster Service Manager, North London Team Manager, North London Team Coordinator, Responsible Officer, and Offender Resettlement Worker. They also worked as an Inreach Worker at Inside Out in 2015 and as an Administrator at InsideOut from 2014 to 2015.

Bygid Rahman completed a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Bygid Rahman earned a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Social Sciences from the University of Westminster.
