Damian Murphy Mrics

Damian Murphy MRICS currently works as a Chartered Surveyor at Social Investment Business, focusing on the Youth Investment Fund for Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). Damian also serves as a Guest Lecturer at Ulster University for both BSc Hons Building Surveying and MA Construction & Business Leadership with Management Specialisms. With over a decade of experience at RICS and various leadership roles in housing associations, Damian has a strong background in asset management and property services. Prior to their current role, Damian held director positions at UKBS PLC and THE FCM PARTNERSHIP LTD. Damian holds a BSc (Hons) Building Surveying from Robert Gordon University.
