Shelby Bradley is the Director of People & Values at Social Investment Business. Prior to this, Shelby worked in Human Resources at Kier Group and as a Social Fund Manager/Prison Advisor at HMP The Mount - Hertfordshire. Shelby also has experience at the Department for Work and Pensions in various roles within the Research & Evaluation Dept. Shelby is an Assoc member of CIPD & Assoc member of Association for Coaching.
