Joel Black is a seasoned technology and operations leader with extensive experience in software development, digital marketing, and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Tech Innovation at Social Media Examiner since January 2020, Joel drives the development of impactful software products. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Social Media Examiner, Chief Executive Officer at Convurt, and Managing Director at L7 Creative, where Joel excelled in team management and strategic operational improvements. Joel also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Black Bear Design Group, significantly growing sales and managing complex projects, and served as Chief Technology Officer at The National Association of Neighborhood Watch Organizations, where Joel contributed to product development using smartphone technology.
