Denise Layus has worked in various roles since 2011. Denise began their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at ASA Services. In 2015, they became a Bilingual Quality Analyst at Zero Variance. In 2017, they held a Legal Internship position at Rustan&asociados. From 2019-2021, they were a Territory Executive at Philip Morris International. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Content Curation Manager at Social Native. In their role as Content Curation Manager, Denise is responsible for the daily UGC delivery to a portfolio of customers, coordinating campaigns and strategies with customer stakeholders and CSM team members to ensure only the best, most brand-appropriate content is approved and distributed. Denise also leads the daily tasks for a group of moderation experts that use the best technology to find, tag, and categorize the brand's earned content following the Brands requirements and guidelines.
Denise Layus completed their degree in Law at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba between 2012 and 2020.
