An Vinh Doan serves as a Program Assistant at the Social Science Research Council since January 2023. Previously, An Vinh Doan held the position of Research Assistant at the Security Privacy Interaction (SPI) Lab from November 2019 to May 2022, where usability of a privacy policy database was enhanced through heuristic evaluation, comparative analysis, and usability testing. Additionally, An Vinh Doan designed user interviews to gather insights from privacy policy researchers and facilitated brainstorming sessions with experts in privacy and virtual reality. An Vinh Doan also interned at the Future of Privacy Forum from September 2021 to December 2021, focusing on the representation of older adults in advertising datasets and researching legislation on data sharing. An Vinh Doan earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science/Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Health from the University of Michigan from 2017 to 2022.
