April Hall-Hough has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. April has been with the Social Security Administration since 2008, starting as a Safety and Occupational Health Specialist and eventually working their way up to become a Data Scientist/operations research analyst. In their current role as the Team Lead for Authentication and Post Entitlement Data Fraud Analytics, they are responsible for developing and evaluating analytical models to support the agency's anti-fraud mission. Prior to joining the Social Security Administration, April worked as an Industrial Hygienist at Global Consulting, Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Overall, April has a strong background in data analytics and a focus on fraud prevention in the public sector.

April Hall-Hough received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2006.
