Currently, Melanie leads an organization of over 400 professionals focused on IT support for the agency’s Disability program. Previous positions include Division Director and Supervisory HR Specialist as part of the National Leadership Development Program. Prior to joining the Social Security Administration, Melanie worked at T. Rowe Price, holding positions such as Systems Analyst and Compliance Specialist. Melanie holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Marketing Management from Morgan State University.
