Vladimir Bogdanov

Vladimir Bogdanov has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Vladimir began their career in 1992 as President and COO of All Media Guide. In 2000, they became SVP at Alliance Entertainment, and in 2004 they became CIO at Musicland. In 2007, they became CTO at Muze, and in 2010 they became VP of Content at Gracenote. Since 2014, they have been CTO and Co-founder of Social Standards. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for enterprise-wide IT operations, content production and content technology development, and development of recommendation and personalization platforms. Vladimir has also led the development of the Open Media Exchange (OMX) platform for digital media delivery, a content management platform, and conversion of many core legacy systems to newer technologies.

Vladimir Bogdanov earned a PhD in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
