With a strong background in editing and content production, Amy previously worked as a Nonfiction Book Editor for Age of Learning, Inc., where age-appropriate digital science books were produced. Prior experience at Scholastic includes roles such as Managing Editor and Senior Editor for Science World, where collaboration with editorial and art teams was essential for content creation. Additionally, Amy contributed as an Associate Editor at Discover Magazine, focusing on the monthly “Data” news section and reporting on various scientific topics. Earlier professional experience includes a paralegal role at Heller Ehrman LLP. Amy holds a degree from UC San Diego and completed the Harvard Medical Media Fellowship.
