Lulu Kariba has had a varied career since 2014, beginning with a role as a Customer Assistant at Clarks. Lulu then moved to Monsoon Accessorize in 2015, followed by a Sales Intern role at Carspring in 2016. In 2017, they held multiple roles, including Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., Quality, Training and Marketing Intern at Urban Futures London Limited, and Receptionist at Luxurycare Group. In 2018, they were a Sustainability Architect at the University of Leeds, and in 2019 they worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Firebox.com. Her current role is as a Local Needs Researcher at Social Value Portal, which they began in 2022.
Lulu Kariba has a Master's degree in Sustainability and Business from the University of Leeds, which they obtained in 2019. Lulu also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA(Hons) in Business with Law from Bournemouth University, which they obtained in 2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Social Value Portal, edX, M&C Saatchi London, and Chartered Management Institute, including a Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership in 2018.
