Rosie Cole

Rosie Cole is an experienced professional in social work and management, currently serving as a Service Manager and Practice Supervisor at Cafcass since September 2017, and as a CPD Assessor for Social Work England since August 2020. Previously, Rosie worked as a Social Worker for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and Sheffield City Council, focusing on complex cases in child protection and public law. Rosie began the career journey as a Step Up to Social Work Student at the University of Salford and has held various roles in customer service and management, including as a National Management Trainee at Barnsley Council.
