Tara Bider Lcsw

Tara Bider, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Medical Social Worker at UIC Division of Specialized Care for Children since October 2020, where responsibilities include pediatric case management for children with complex health needs. Previous roles include providing clinical social work services and discharge planning in various healthcare settings through Social Work p.r.n. and care coordination at Fox Valley Dialysis. Tara's earlier experience includes outreach work with Northern Illinois Food Bank, client services at Unicare/Wellpoint, and medical social work at Advocate Health Care and Centegra Health System. Tara holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
