Fares El Masri

Fares El Masri is the current Head of Middle East & North Africa at SOCIALDATABASE. Prior to this, they were an Investment Banking Associate at Evercore from July 2017 to August 2019. Before Evercore, Fares worked as a Senior Associate - M&A | Corporate Finance at PwC from January 2014 to July 2017.

Fares El Masri holds a Masters in International Financial Management from the University of Groningen, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management also from the University of Groningen, and a Global Development Studies Minor from the same school. Prior to their tertiary education, Fares El Masri completed their IGCSE’s (O-Levels and A-Levels) at the Modern American School.

They are on a team with Duco Janssen - COO, Maarten van der Putten - Head of North America, and Gerben Wolters - CISO. Fares El Masri reports to Thomas Slabbers, Founder & CEO.
