Stephanie Cartin began their work experience in 2008 as a Sales Executive at Hilton Grand Vacations, where they achieved a gross sales volume of over $2.3 million. In 2009, they co-founded a social media marketing firm called Gabbaroo, which worked closely with clients to customize their social media presence. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Executive at Jetsetter, a member of the Gilt Groupe, and as a Travel Sales Manager at Spa Finder. In 2011, they also co-founded Socialfly, a full-service social media marketing agency. Stephanie joined Entrepreneurship at Cornell in 2018 as a member of the Advisory Council and co-founded Entreprenistas, a community and podcast celebrating the stories and insights of female leaders. In 2020, they co-founded Markid, a marketplace for parents to buy and sell kids' pre-loved items. On the teaching front, Stephanie served as a Teaching Faculty for Social Media Marketing at eCornell from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they co-founded Pearl Influential Capital.
Stephanie Cartin attended Thomas S. Wootton High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they pursued further education at Cornell University from 2002 to 2006. At Cornell, Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, with a concentration in Sales and Marketing.
