Kelsey Ward

Kelsey Ward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership management, content creation, and operations within social media and executive leadership communities. Currently serving as Membership Director at SocialMedia.org since April 2024, Kelsey previously held key positions at Senior Executive, where responsibilities included launching online professional communities for C-level executives and directing content initiatives as Managing Editor. Kelsey began their career as a Senior Editor at Community.co, managing a team and producing thought-leadership articles for notable publications, and held an Associate Editor position focused on editing high-quality articles. Kelsey’s academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, both from Florida State University, where Kelsey also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
